IN THE 11 FORGOTTEN LAWS, THE LAW OF RECEIVING MAY NOT BE AS YOU WOULD EXPECT. IT IS ALL ABOUT THE GIVING. HERE ARE 3 KEY ELEMENTS YOU MUST KNOW ABOUT THE LAW OF RECEIVING FOR IT TO WORK FOR YOU.
The Law of Receiving is about understanding the 2 sides of any transaction. In order to receive, one must give. You cannot give without receiving and you cannot receive without giving. While giving and receiving are inseparable, you must understand both sides to fully understand this Law.
According to the 11 Forgotten Laws,
“Giving, which is the first and fundamental law of life, is the first law of all creation”
1. GIVING BEFORE RECEIVING
If you expect to “get” from the Law of Receiving, you need to know more about the Law. The Law of Receiving is like a fireplace, unless you add fuel to the fire, you can never get heat.
The contribution you make to life sews the seeds of success in the future. The more you give, the more you receive. We set the vibration in motion to attract all to us that we deserve.
2. PREPARING TO RECEIVE
Equal to the giving is expecting a result. Sometimes the result is exactly as you expect. In which case, the Law has worked for you. If you get an unexpected result, the Law has also worked for you because you now know what you need to CHANGE or DO DIFFERENT to get the result you do want.
By expecting success, you are setting the vibration of success on the receiving side of the equation. This is because you have a clear expectation of what you are giving and therefore receiving.
You must be clear in your mind what you must give to demonstrate value before you can receive in equal value. Only then can you expect to receive.
It is important that you prepare to receive. Otherwise when the opportunity arrives, you will not be in a position to receive the full value of your work. Once you have done your work, know that you will receive your dues.
3. KNOW YOU CAN NEVER DEMAND TOO MUCH
If you give little, you will receive little. However, if you give with all your heart and soul, equal appreciation and return must come to you. Again, the 11 Forgotten Laws states, “No desire is felt until the supply is ready to appear”. The reason for this is because giving and receiving are 2 sides of the same coin. If you desire much, you can receive much as long as you are giving in equal proportion.
So the 11 Forgotten Laws is quite clear about giving and receiving. To find out from Bob Proctor, a master of the Laws, check out www.official11ForgottenLaws.com
