I JUST RECEIVED MY GRATITUDE JOURNAL FROM THE SECRET. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL BOOK. HERE ARE THE STEPS I WILL BE USING TO MAXIMIZE THE VALUE OF SUCH A PRECIOUS JOURNAL
“If I could sit down with every single human being, I would hold their hands and share with them the knowledge contained in The Secret Gratitude Book. I would tell them that this knowledge is all they need to change their life, and that if they live what this book contains, their life will be completely transformed into joy.”

Carry Your Gratitude Journal Everywhere
I mean everywhere. In order to capture your gratitude in as much detail as possible, you need to be with your journal ALL THE TIME. Otherwise it is just a diary. Capture every special moment so you can reflect on it forever.
Additionally, when you have a spare moment or when times are tough, you can come back to the emotions that have made your life so special and re-live them. It’s a great “pick me up” too.
Feel Good For No Reason
If you carry your journal of positive thoughts even know you have it brings on more good thoughts. Every time you see your journal you will stay focussed on the good things in life.
I find when I work with this, the journal is an excuse to feel even better because I feel better generally by feeling good for no reason.
It is amazing what turns up when you focus on feeling good.
Only Write When You Want To, Not Have Too
When starting out with a journal, remember it is not a chore, it is building a positive habit. If you don’t feel like writing, don’t. Otherwise you will associate the wrong feelings with your journal. If you feel good for no reason (see above), you will ALWAYS have an excuse to write in your journal.
The Gratitude Journal is for your benefit. Use it and see it that way.
Love What You Write
This is related to above. If you love what you write then the effort required to write is minimal. That is because you are inspired to write. This is a big part of feeling good for no reason AND writing when you want to. If you love what you do, it is easier to carry on and stay consistent. There is no point writing for the sake of it. Find something to be grateful for. No matter how small.
Document Every Little Thing
Again, building on above, write every little thing you can be grateful for. No matter how small. Over time, the things to be grateful for will get bigger and more numerous. Why not be grateful for 2 hands and 2 feet and the fact that you live in a world where you have such amazing opportunities. There are some people born in war zones who do not have such luxuries. Be grateful for the life you have. Every little bit.
Reflect From Your Gratitude Journal Often
There is no point writing and not reflecting. While it is a great habit to feel good for no reason and even know that you have something to be grateful for, reflect on it often. Gratitude builds gratitude. Every week, read all the things you have achieved and all the opportunities you have had. By Law, you will attract more of them. By focusing on the positive, you get more positive.
Always Look For More Things To Be Grateful
You live in an abundant universe. There is ALWAYS more to be grateful about. When gratitude becomes a habit, there is no stopping what you can achieve. It will grow and grow. That will create an attraction cycle that keeps going and going. Take advantage of that and use your Gratitude Journal to achieve more and more.
