What successful people do and unsuccessful people don’t do

YOU MAY NOT GET ANOTHER CHANGE LIKE THIS. DISCOVER THE SIMPLE SECRETS OF THE SUPER SUCCESSFUL

Do you get depressed because you don’t reach goals? What have you achieved this year? Every year, usually in January, people set goals. Most people never achieve them. Why don’t people reach their goals? Less than 5% of people fully realise their goals. The fact is the answer is not only simple, it is SUPER EASY to fix.

There are 3 main reasons people don’t achieve their goals

  1. They don’t have a plan to get there
  2. They don’t have a specific plan
  3. They fail to commit

PLANNING TO GET THERE

Planning means organising your thoughts, actions and resources in a way that will progressively move toward their goal. One day you may head towards their goal, the next day you head somewhere else. If you could foster all your thoughts, actions and energy on a CONTINUOUS BASIS, most goals would be done almost instantly. For example, if you go to the gym, you would need to go regularly to stay fit. Going once and never again will not get you fit.

HAVING A SPECIFIC PLAN

Most people want something but don’t know exactly how they are going to get it. If you are not specific with your goal, how would you know you have reached it? You must plan and act on every single detail. You must think about every single detail on how you are going to achieve your goal. When the space race to be first on the moon commenced, every detail had to be considered. Large amounts of thought, action and resource had to be painstakingly planned so the astronauts landed and returned safely to Earth.

FAILING TO COMMIT

No plan will succeed until you DECIDE you are going to reach your goal. A goal that is not achieved is techincally a wish. You would like to have it but don’t have the commitment to get there. Decision requires a strong WHY. Often the best way to discover it is to think about what would happen if you didn’t have it. For example, if you suddenly ended up in space with no air, how motivated are you to get air in your lungs? Living is a strong reason. A strong reason has a strong “why” and a rock solid commitment to getting your goal. Find a strong WHY.

I’ve seen Bob in many different videos, but there was something very noticeable in this clip. And what I noticed was that Bob looked very jaded in this video, his delivery seemed a bit forced, and he basically looked weighed down by something… I’m not going to speculate on what the reason could have been, but am I the only one who noticed this?
p.s. I’m not dissing the video or what he was promoting, but something just didn’t feel right.
