In the Bible it says “Where there is no vision the people perish”
(Proverbs 29 v 18). Vision is the guiding light on all our activity.
Every decision we make in our lives will be based on our long
term vision. But what if you don’t have a specific vision? Then
you would become the pawn for achieving another’s vision.
Essentially, you would take their vision as your own. That is
why it is so important to have a vision that is as specific as
possible.

Every day we need to focus on creating and being inspired by
our vision. One way to do that is with a Vision Board. In the
following video, John Assaraf talks about the power of the
vision board in our lives.

Being connected with our vision is very important. It inspires
us to move. It gives us direction. It creates focus. It is not
until we connect with our vision mentally, physicially (through
action) and emotionally that the things we want to create in
our lives move beyond just idle dreams.

I want to encourage you to work toward creating your own
vision board. Place it somewhere prominent in your home.
That way you are making a public statement and commitment
for others to see how serious you are about your dream.
