Life is simple. Keep positive and keep moving. If you constantly look back, you will not see the opportunities ahead. It’s kind of like trying to drive a car using the rear view mirror. Its very hard. That does not mean ignore the past but reflect, move on and maintain your forward momentum.
I really love the following video because it does just that. It allows you to reflect and move on. It makes me feel good because of all the possibilities that I can see from now on. Now that’s gratitude.
